Personal Care Associate for Skilled Nursing Facility

Regional Care Network is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Associate to join our team at our Dublin, VA location. As a key member of our skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
The successful candidate will possess a current, unencumbered active VA license and have experience working in a skilled nursing facility. They must also be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.
Job Responsibilities:
- Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, as well as document food and fluid intake
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including making beds and keeping resident spaces tidy
- Transport residents within the facility and provide support with daily tasks
- Support residents with turning and repositioning to prevent bedsores
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data
Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is $19 per hour.
