Sales Excellence with Terminix Nation

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Terminix Nation. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of pest control needs in assigned territories, identifying opportunities for Terminix Nation's products and services.
  • Develop and implement customized sales plans to meet the unique needs of each customer, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their complete satisfaction with Terminix Nation's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
