Insurance Professional for Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Progressive Insurance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position that requires a combination of weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after completing training.
- You will work from home and must have a dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education.
- An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $21.50 per hour.
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment to 8% - 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
- Additional $1.00 per hour if fluent in English and Spanish and hired into a bilingual role.
