Cornerstone Building Brands: Industrial Maintenance Technician 5th ShiftJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Martinsburg, WV. The successful candidate will perform routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical components, and PLCs in plant machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery, and performing safety inspections
  • Maintain and repair motorized equipment, including grinders and associated blowers
  • Operate manlifts and forklifts, transport heavy parts and equipment, and perform daily forklift safety/damage inspection checks
  • Identify needed parts to repair equipment and facility, and complete required paperwork to order new parts and track existing parts
Requirements:
  • High school graduate/GED
  • Minimum of two years of maintenance experience, at least one year of which must have been in mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation required
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry and tooling. Must have excellent mechanical aptitude
Working Conditions:

The Manufacturing Plant Environment

This role involves exposure to equipment noise, temperature extremes, and dust. Work involves exposure to high voltage equipment and rapidly moving machinery. Safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes are required.

Estimated Salary Range:

$29.00-$34.80 per hour, plus $1.15 per hour shift differential. Base pay + overtime based on weekly hours worked.
