This role involves working closely with the development team to gather and document customer requirements, translate and write technical requirements, and respond to customer needs and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field and 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document customer requirements

  • Maintain and resolve technical issues related to cloud-hosted instances
  • Perform functional testing of the product prior to release

Requirements:
