Field Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building relationships with clients and selling our infrastructure products.
Salary
The base hourly rate for this position is $22.50/hour, equivalent to an annualized salary of $46,800 before overtime. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for an annual Op-Ex bonus target of 5%.
Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to gain significant knowledge of our client's infrastructure products by shadowing current sales and training personnel. You will also perform training demonstrations to current customers, attend training seminars, and present product demonstrations to end-users and distributors.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Outgoing interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience giving presentations to large groups of end-users/customers
- Intermediate computer experience with particular proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Business, Engineering, or Communications
- Ability to travel via company truck and/or plane during training and relocate to an open sales territory post completion of the program
- Valid driver's license with no major violations
- Must be able to lift in excess of 40 lbs. to maneuver products during demonstration
