About the Role:

Grove Technical Resources, INC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead high-priority programs focused on released products in the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health operating units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Expertise: Develop and implement project plans, manage project risks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with diverse teams, present to senior leadership, and provide regular project updates.
  • Prior Engineering or Operations Background: Leverage experience in engineering or operations to drive project success, with a preference for medical device industry experience.
  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, project budgets, resource plans, and communications plans.
  • Project Execution: Lead project teams in the execution of projects, manage risks, and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Program Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.

Program Examples:

  • Manufacturing Line Capacity Expansion: Lead projects to increase manufacturing capacity for recently launched products.
  • Product MDR Certification and Implementation: Manage projects to ensure compliance with Medical Device Regulation (MDR) requirements.
  • Complex Supplier-Driven Changes: Oversee projects involving product design and process changes, submissions, and other supplier-driven initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and present to senior leadership.
  • Prior Experience in Engineering or Operations: A strong background in engineering or operations, with a preference for medical device industry experience.
