Seeking a Skilled Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Summary: As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will have the chance to assess and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, providing evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, improve function, and promote overall well-being. You will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve patient goals.
  • Closely collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Educate patients and their support networks on treatment objectives and self-management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active licensure in Vermont or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Proven clinical expertise with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Neurology preferred.
