About the Role

At Bern's Steak House, we are seeking an exceptional Hospital Host to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume restaurant atmosphere, providing memorable experiences for our patrons.

Job Summary

We strive to ensure that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of from the moment they enter our establishment. As a Hospital Host, you will be responsible for handling seating organization, greeting guests, and communicating with management to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Organize seating arrangements to meet high volume demands while maintaining a professional and guest-focused approach.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Accurately input reservations and special requests into our digital system, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and procedures with clarity and confidence.
  • Effectively communicate messages and special requests to management, fostering open collaboration and communication.
  • Efficiently clear and reset tables to accommodate new guests, promoting a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
