We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Specialist to join our team at Resource Label Group LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art flexographic printing presses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the printing press to produce high-quality labels and related products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict quality control standards
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal press performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve process efficiency
• Educate new hires on press operation and maintenance procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in flexographic printing preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to regulatory compliance
• Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
