About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you'll work closely with product owners to design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software applications using Salesforce technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in software development
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce software engineering
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, or SOQL
