Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Services Coordinator to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our salon services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting our services business through one-on-one interactions with guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through phone and in-person interactions
  • Represent the Ulta Beauty image, products, and culture
  • Support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in driving performance, people, and process initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert recommendations to guests
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and services booking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
