Truck Service Technician Specialist

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is a leading provider of fuel, food, and other travel services. We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team.
Job Summary:

As a Diesel Technician at Love's, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues with diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components. You will also assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and related systems
- Assist customers with roadside services
- Provide preventative maintenance services
- Maintain clean work areas and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field
- Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in diesel engines or a related area
- Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters
- Ability to work in various temperatures and maintain a safe working environment
