A Career as a Counselor Specialist - Behavioral Health

We are seeking a motivated professional to work as a Licensed Social Worker in Rockville, MD area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive clinical case files, conducting psychosocial assessments of youth referred to placement, coordinating the treatment planning and review process for program participants, and providing direct life skills.

The Role Includes:

• Maintaining confidential, comprehensive clinical case files.
• Conducting psychosocial assessments and home studies.
• Conducting intakes and matching of new referrals.
• Case Management.
• Assisting clients in identification, coordination, and utilization of community resources.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Master's Degree in social work.
• Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW-C).
• Medical Social Work experience.
• Background Check.
