Job Summary

This role provides critical support for specific applications within the business unit, focusing on application development, maintenance, and support of Entergy's Corporate Applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure production systems and devices are online and available, including non-business hours on-call support.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to understand corporate application operations business needs and objectives, recommending and designing applications that meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain systems application availability, ensuring applications operate as defined in service level agreements.
  • Support design, development, and testing of systems applications and enhancements.

Skill Requirements
  • Proficient in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft ASP .NET.
  • Familiarity with Azure, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET Framework, SQL Server Studio, and Windows.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to critically analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365/Sharepoint Administrator Expert or Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
