Job Description

We are a busy two-doctor practice that has been serving the Alamo Heights/Terrell Hills area for almost 30 years. Our focus on preventative medicine and thorough client education sets us apart from other veterinary clinics, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.

As a Veterinary Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You must be able to handle stressful situations, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

We require candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or coordinator is preferred but not required. You must also be comfortable working with computers, taking payment from clients, and maintaining composure in a highly emotional environment.
