Automotive Technician with Career Growth Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodwin Chevrolet & Mazda. With over 85 years of experience in providing top-notch service, we offer a unique opportunity for an entry-level technician to grow their career and develop their skills.
As a GM and Mazda franchise, we have access to the best training programs in the country, ensuring that our technicians stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques. Our customer base is loyal and demanding, which means that our technicians have the opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicles and develop a deep understanding of complex mechanical systems.
The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.
A successful Automotive Technician at our dealership will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, diagnosing complex problems, and working efficiently to meet tight deadlines. They will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and manage their time effectively.
To be considered for this position, candidates should have basic computer skills, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
