Medical Intensivist

Job Summary: Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to join our team as a travel nurse RN ICU for a 13-week assignment in Olney, Illinois.

About the Role: As an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring seamless delivery of services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications as ordered, with appropriate documentation
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in critical care nursing, with at least one year of experience
• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
