Job Summary

The Pharmaceutical Contract Manager will support the development, performance, and analysis of Managed Care data, post-audit disputes, and PBM customer dispute analytics. This role will focus on both Excel-driven analysis and superior presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Review Managed Care Contracts, data, and perform analysis on PBM/customer disputes when they arise.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and present data findings to customers to recover paid rebates or continue to withhold rebates according to contract terms.
Work in conjunction with Third Party Auditors on all post-audit initiatives according to Teva's rolling post-audit schedule. Lead meetings, conduct analysis, and work with TPA on any findings. Communicate findings with customers and resolve issues.
Track and communicate recoverability rates and financials for data accuracy and reporting.
Aid in the delivery of key information in support of rebate modeling, contract performance assessment, and financial analysis.
Communicate financial impacts to key internal stakeholders such as Revenue Accounting and Gross to Net.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or direct work-related experience.
5+ years of Managed Care Pharmaceutical related business or finance experience.
Experience in Pharmaceutical Managed Care modeling, analytics, or contracting for a manufacturer, Health Plan, PBM, GPO, and/or in a consulting capacity.
Proven ability to interpret and manage complex data sets effectively in a team-based environment, balancing diverse cross-functional perspectives, complex problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into business impacts and actionable next steps.
Ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business proposals and to accurately interpret business considerations and impacts.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong customer focus that's well-suited for a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of the 340B landscape.
Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Brand pharmaceutical business, specifically in market access, rebate adjudication, audit, and/or dispute resolution.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Understanding of drug purchase discounts and interaction with Rx-based rebates.
MS Office, FLEX Model N, SAP Business Intelligence preferred, MMIT, Policy Finder, Excel functionality – Pivot tables/V-lookups.
