At RecruitWell LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary medical management in collaboration with Physicians
  • Perform assessments in collaboration with the physician and as needed
  • Develop and implement appropriate plans of care to participants
  • Evaluate participant physical complaints and provide appropriate treatment
  • Provide participants and caregiver teaching and education
  • Function as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
  • Provide daily oversight
  • Perform rounds in the POs contracted nursing homes
  • Regularly inform the IDT of the medical condition of each participant

Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of NP experience preferably in long-term care setting
  • Minimum of one (1) year working with the frail and/or elderly population
  • Not accepting new graduates
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
