Job Description:

The Business Development Assistant will play a key role in supporting the overall business development efforts at Epiq. This includes tasks related to marketing events, logistics, pitches/RFPs, collateral updates, directory submissions, and other department projects. As part of the firmwide Marketing & Business Development department, the individual will ensure that mailing lists, experience records, and other data projects are handled effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will also assist with various department-wide tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Support business development efforts, including marketing events and logistics
  • Assist with pitches/RFPs, collateral updates, and directory submissions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Flexibility to handle tasks with competing deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Collegial, collaborative, and team player attributes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
