We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating work orders, and ensuring that our residential facilities meet high standards of quality and safety.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $41,600 - $61,900 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement savings options.

To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of maintenance experience. A background check and motor vehicle report are required. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
