Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Help our customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
  • Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous Food
  • Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun doing so
  • Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a crew member at this McDonald's
  • 14 and 15 year olds are invited to apply but will first need to meet all the requirements of the State of Illinois permit for minors, their school district and parental permission in order to start working.
