About the Role

Towne Park is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
  • Deliver messages, items, and/or guest amenities as requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen

Working Conditions

The Guest Service Associate will work outdoors for extended periods of time, including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
