Dining Room Associate

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing meals and beverages to residents in the dining room, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This includes setting up and cleaning the dining area, taking attendance, and offering residents a variety of beverage options.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and making them feel valued and respected.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the dining room is clean and well-organized.
• Take attendance at meals, if assigned, and maintain accurate records.
• Offer residents a variety of beverage options, including ice water, juice, milk, and other desired choices.
• Ensure that appropriate condiments are available for each meal.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and tastings to understand the meals being served.

• A minimum of 25 pounds to lift overhead.
• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to perform job duties, which may include standing for long periods, bending, and lifting.

Viva Senior Living offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
