Job Description

At PARS Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled home health services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.

Requirements:

  • Active license in the state of Texas required.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of Texas required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.
