HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
- Supervise and train a team of Business Development Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure we are always ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
