About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our CSAI Model Training team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive simulation and evaluation models for real-time customer support predictions.

You will work closely with our science and engineering teams to develop and integrate platform features that enable teams to train, evaluate, and deploy high-quality machine learning/LLM conversational customer support agents that participate in real-time contact resolution.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with science and engineering teams, driving system architecture decisions, and contributing to best practices that enable a quality training, evaluation, and deployment infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement predictive simulation and evaluation models for real-time customer support predictions
  • Collaborate with science and engineering teams to develop and integrate platform features
  • Drive system architecture decisions and contribute to best practices
  • Work closely with applied scientists to ensure functioning dependencies for training and evaluation are met
Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
