Job Summary:

As a Radiologic Technologist at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. You will be responsible for preparing radiology rooms, developing images, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general radiographic and specialty images using clinical protocols, positioning patients to best demonstrate anatomical areas of interest.
  • Evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring proper identification and recording.
  • Provide patient education to all age groups, including geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and pediatrics.
  • Adhere to radiation safety policies and procedures, ensuring minimal exposure to patients, staff, and others.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.
