The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year.

We are looking for a Desktop Hardware Engineer to join our team at Prosum. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and performing maintenance and repairing of personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing imaging solutions using SCCM and Casper
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely support

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of six months of experience in IT up to two years required
  • Desktop Support experience
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows 7, 10, and OS X
  • Proficiency in Office Productivity Software, including Office 2010 and 2016
  • Experience with Cerner and ServiceNow
