CVS Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MinuteClinic, the largest retail healthcare provider in the nation. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and family evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct routine examinations, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • At least two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish.
