Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering quality service to our clients by performing corrective and preventative repairs of building equipment. This role requires skills in HVAC repair and mechanical troubleshooting, as well as the ability to maintain and operate fire and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks as scheduled by the Chief Engineer
Maintain assigned areas to keep clean, operational, and safe for our clients
Review, create and maintain assigned work orders, utilizing company CMMS
Oversee work performed by outside contractors/vendors
Deliver superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city-required certificate
Valid Driver's license
Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
