Interventional Radiologist

Bayhealth seeks an experienced Interventional Radiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic imaging and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide radiology services using evidence-based guidelines and procedures.
2. Perform interventional procedures, including biopsies, drainages, and vascular access procedures.
3. Review medical records and communicate with referring clinicians.
4. Interpret diagnostic imaging procedures and communicate results to referring physicians and patients.
5. Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing education to maintain expertise.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
7. Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to Bayhealth Medical Staff bylaws and regulations.
8. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Doctorate Degree in Radiography.
2. Physician MD credential.
3. Experience in diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures.
4. Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology (optional).
