We are a collaborative engineering and manufacturing firm based in Silicon Valley. Our company has been trusted by leading semiconductor and medical device equipment companies to help transform concepts into designs and convert specs into high-quality manufactured products for over two decades.

Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing and Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential vendors to meet quality, price, and delivery requirements.
• Supplier Performance Monitoring: Assess supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Purchase Order Management: Review and analyze purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on purchase activity and supplier performance.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to improve supplier quality, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a college degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in purchasing, buying, and/or planning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures is essential.
• The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who can engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications is necessary.
• A minimum of three years of SAP experience in procurement is highly desirable, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems is essential.
