Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary:
Core Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical imaging experience, with a focus on interventional radiology. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with vascular interventional and neuroendovascular physicians and nurses, using multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes.

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Vascular Interventional and Neuroendovascular physicians and nurses.
Use multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes (Fluoro, Ultrasound, CT, and MR).
Image inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and intra-operative patients while using critical thinking skills. Assist in emergent cases such as strokes and traumas.

Requirements:
Minimum two years clinical imaging experience required (interventional radiology experience required).
Candidate must be comfortable and experienced with pediatric, neuro, and vascular interventional patient population.
Knowledge of sterile technique and preparing trays for procedures.
Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
Prior traveler experience highly preferred.
Epic experience highly preferred.

Licensure and Certification:
Certification by appropriate body: ARRT (R) required, ARRT (VI) highly preferred.
Wisconsin Radiological License required.
BLS - issued by American Heart Association only.

Education:
Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.
