Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to provide behavior support to students in a K-8th grade setting.

About the Position
  • This is a full-time, onsite position at a school in Liberty, MO.
  • The successful candidate will work with general education and special education students in a 1:1 setting.
  • A caseload of students will be assigned based on individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide behavior support to students using positive reinforcement techniques.
  2. Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to address student needs.
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
