Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes.

Job Description
  • Provide Patient-Centered Care: Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing hemodialysis, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain accurate records, monitor patient vital signs, and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
  • Lead and Mentor: Supervise and educate new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Licensure: Current appropriate state licensure
  • Certifications: CPR BLS Certification
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience
