Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a forward-thinking leader in multi-family housing, seeks an exceptional Leasing Consultant to join our team. Our company prides itself on challenging the status quo and delivering superior resident experiences through innovative market trends and strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process at one of our properties, serving as the first point of contact for prospective residents, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the lease term.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming prospective residents and providing information about the property, its amenities, and services.
  • Maintaining open communication with residents, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring community areas to ensure they meet high standards, including tours, models, amenities, parking lots, and common spaces.
  • Assisting with notices to vacate, renewal requests, service requests, applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Tracking community goals, such as rental rates, renewals, occupancy levels, and turn times.
  • Staying informed about local real estate markets, analyzing competitor pricing, and recommending optimal rental rates.
  • Completing marketing requirements and notifying supervisors of upcoming opportunities in your region.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of resident events and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident and vendor files.
  • E nsuring compliance with city, state, and federal Fair Housing laws, as well as relevant local regulations regarding resident screening, relations, and operations.
  • Following all safety procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on equipment.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing Roundhouse Communities LLC in a positive light at all times.

We offer a competitive salary of $17.50 - $18.50 per hour, plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, mental wellness program, maternity and parental leave, and more.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in onsite multi-family housing is preferred.
  • Experience with property management software, such as Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Yieldstar, LEO, and CRM, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills are essential.
  • A strong desire to lead in your role and contribute to the local community is necessary.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Possible light travel between properties may be required.
