Key Responsibilities

  • Develop mission assurance approaches that serve a highly dynamic future space industry
  • Build bridges across a large and diverse customer set to achieve enterprise integration and efficiency
  • Evolve corporate processes and instructions to address Aerospace customers' needs for speed, resilience, and innovation in a contested environment
  • Manage and improve the corporate knowledge base and develop more effective means of sharing information
  • Provide thought leadership to advance agile mission assurance and systems engineering initiatives

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in math, science, or engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent relevant experience. With 8+ years of dynamically responsible relevant professional engineering / scientific experience, including program office and systems engineering of space systems or similar systems, the candidate will be able to integrate multiple technical viewpoints into cohesive systems view. Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences is required, along with the ability to summarize complex information for executive level communication.
