Job Description: ACT Team LeaderThe Acute Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader plays a pivotal role within the administrative team, overseeing the recovery-oriented treatment of clients enrolled in our mental health program. This position involves directing clinical oversight of client treatment, reviewing and signing off on Individualized Medication Plans (IM-CANs), and providing direct supervision and training to mental health staff responsible for delivering ACT services.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Crisis Services to make informed administrative decisions.
- Maintain compliance with relevant government regulations, including DHS and CARF standards, to ensure the ACT Program meets quality and safety expectations.
- Contribute to program development, policy creation, and implementation to provide high-quality, recovery-oriented services to all clients.
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ACT services.
- Design individual and group training opportunities for staff based on identified professional development needs.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and guidance to mental health staff while maintaining accurate supervision logs and addressing disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and coordinating new staff members, ensuring they receive proper training and support.
- Foster collaboration among ACT Team members, promote a culture of excellence, and contribute to marketing and outreach efforts.
- Manage referrals, intakes, screenings, and IM-CANs for new clients, ensuring pre-authorizations are met before services begin.
- Document crisis interventions, risk assessments, and incident reports as needed.
- Ensure all services align with clients' individual treatment plans and update client information in the Electronic Health Record (Quantum).
- Oversee referrals, admissions, discharges, and discharge planning with Service Overviews Form (SOF).
- Support staff during periods of high client volume.

This role requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT). The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in the social service field and at least 1 year in a mental health program, with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory/managerial experience.
A valid driver's license and passing background check are also required. Salary and Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, along with a generous benefit package, including medical coverage through Blue Cross/Blue Shield, dental and vision insurance options, company-paid life insurance, 12 paid holidays, paid vacation, sick time, and personal days.
