Breakfast Host

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Host to join the team at Embassy Suites Pigeon Forge. As a Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests experience exceptional service and cleanliness standards in our breakfast dining area.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have previous food service/hosting experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Preparing all breakfast bar foods to meet high standards of quality and presentation
• Maintaining a clean and organized breakfast dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment
• Providing exceptional service to guests, including answering questions, taking orders, and handling complaints

• Previous food service/hosting experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
