Insurance Relationship Builder

We are seeking an Insurance Relationship Builder to join our team at Steinman State Farm. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in building and fostering customer relationships, leveraging your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market suitable solutions.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 - $70,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. Additionally, we offer paid time off, health/life benefits, retirement plan benefits, and growth potential for advancement within the office.
Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments to establish strong customer connections.
- Identify customer needs and market relevant insurance products or services.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintaining a high level of work ethic and commitment to success.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and quotas for the agency, ensuring long-lasting customer relationships.
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is also desirable.
- The ability to effectively relate to customers and possess a Property & Casualty license are essential qualifications.
