At Fast Pace Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Dermatology Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while specializing in medical dermatology with a focus on the medical (80%) and cosmetic (20%) aspects of the field.


The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient service while working in a team-oriented environment. You will be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive skin evaluations to assess the overall health and condition of a patient's skin.
  • Performing focused examinations to diagnose and monitor specific skin conditions.
  • Diagnosing and managing common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, fungal infections, and dermatitis.
  • Performing skin biopsies to obtain tissue samples for pathological examination.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including skin biopsies, patch tests, and cultures.
  • Prescribing medications such as topical creams, biologics, oral antibiotics, antifungals, or immunosuppressants.
  • Administering immunizations for conditions like warts or molluscum contagiosum.
  • Excising benign skin lesions, moles, and cysts using local anesthesia when necessary.
  • Administering cryotherapy using techniques like liquid nitrogen application.
  • Draining abscesses and performing incision and drainage procedures.
  • Inserting or removing sutures and staples.
  • Managing wound care and providing dressing changes for chronic wounds, ulcers, or surgical sites.
  • Evaluating and diagnosing skin cancer.
  • Collaborating with dermatologists to plan and implement treatment, which may include surgery, radiation therapy, or referrals to oncology specialists.
  • Providing guidance on self-examination for suspicious moles or lesions.
  • Prescribing and managing medications.
  • Monitoring patients for medication side effects and treatment response.
  • Administering phototherapy treatments, using narrowband UVB or PUVA therapy as appropriate.
  • Managing chronic dermatological conditions, including hidradenitis suppurativa, vitiligo, or lichen planus.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
  • Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted.
  • Administering cosmetic injectables.
