Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at TDS Telecom. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain telecommunications equipment, including telephone systems, data networks, and video equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in telecommunications technology.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
