About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Specialist to join our team at Solvere Technical Group in Washington DC. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for reviewing technical data packages, leading junior employees, and implementing quality control systems.

Responsibilities
  • Review and validate technical data, including engineering standards and referrals
  • Design and implement quality control systems to ensure adherence to established processes
  • Lead and direct the work of junior contractor employees, utilizing your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a related mechanical engineering position
  • Baccalaureate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is desired, with a focus on solving complex engineering tasks

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the requirements outlined above.
