Job Overview

TraceGains is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and revenue growth goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales and industry experience in B2B sales of technology solutions or food & beverage manufacturing
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales, and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
