Garver's Transportation team is expanding its support services to manage multiple projects efficiently. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to collaborate with our project managers in San Antonio, ensuring seamless execution of short- and long-term projects. As a key member of the team, the primary responsibility of this role will be to provide administrative assistance to project managers, facilitating their work on multiple projects.

  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and team to optimize productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Regularly report updates verbally and in writing to management, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to clients' needs and confidentiality, upholding Garver's reputation for exceptional service.
  • Assist with agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and attend meetings as necessary, providing critical support to the project team.
  • Compile and format documents, including Word and Excel files, for submission to clients, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Develop and draft project correspondence, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate document printing and distribution, ensuring smooth project closeouts and client satisfaction.
  • Support travel arrangements, meetings, and events, utilizing expertise in organization and planning.
  • Facilitate document formatting in both Word and Excel, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all project materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in administration, office management, or a relevant industry, demonstrating expertise in supporting project teams.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software applications.
