Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at MercyFirst. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and various HR-related duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new employees for specific departmental needs.
  • Conduct pre-hire tasks, including background checks and reference checks.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on new HR developments, trends, and laws.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Assist in audits and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of HR software.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must.

Salary Range

$38,000-$40,000 per year.
