Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager or Foreman III - Sustainability Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for supervising the installation, modification, and repair of HVAC & Plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise installers and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Safety Protocols: Enforce company safety standards, maintain daily hazard prevention plans, and facilitate weekly safety meetings.
  • Quality Control: Manage project quality control plans, layouts, and trade coordination to guarantee exceptional results.
  • Material Management: Coordinate material ordering, site storage, staging, laydown, and deliveries, as well as manage tools and equipment associated with projects.
  • Communication: Interface with customers, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address technical issues, labor needs, and other project-related challenges.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent; or three (3) + years related experience and/or training;
  • A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years as a Foreman required;
  • Experience with HVAC & Plumbing materials, components, equipment, systems methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, sizing and other calculations required;
  • Knowledge of general construction and project-related drawings and documentation;
  • OSHA 30-hour training certification;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time/workload;
  • Capacity to complete projects in a timely fashion;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
