Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services (CLASS). As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing individualized field training to staff, mentoring Case Managers, and conducting clinical meetings to ensure comprehensive dissemination of information to staff and families.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, education, or a related field, and a minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role. They will also have advanced training in ABA and DTT, and the ability to demonstrate understanding of Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior, intensive early intervention, and natural environment teaching.

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing communication with families and funding sources to ensure program hours are attained, and ensuring contracts and billable hours are completed in accordance with approved authorizations. They will also be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments under supervision, gaining mastery of a variety of protocols, and providing progress reports and conducting initial and ongoing meetings with funding sources and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized field training to staff

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, education, or a related field
